Sacajawea's Papoose Lapel Pin Kit
Make a special 4" papoose pin to remember the baby that Sacajawea carried on the journey to the Pacifc Ocean with the Lewis & Clark Expedition. His name was Jean Baptiste Charbonneau and was born February 11, 1805 at Fort Mandan, North Dakota. William Clark nicknamed him "Pompey" or "Little Pomp" after the Roman Republican leader Pompey. The kit can also be used as an ornament or makes an adorable 'tie-on' for a baby gift.
